Reiki is for me the ultimate self-care skill and practice as it helps you to truly connect with, understand, accept, forgive, and start to love yourself with natural ease.

 

Reiki can be translated as Rei = universal and Ki = life force, so universal life force, which I believe flows through every living being.

 

Reiki has supported me on my own personal development and leadership journey and empowered me to enjoy close, unconditional, loving, and respectful relationships with many individuals.

 

When I connect with Reiki, I often refer to it as loving light energy from source, and it is also referred to as divine, although it is free from any specific religion.

 

I find it supportive to clear away any old emotions or energetic blocks, limiting beliefs, thoughts, and anything that no longer serves me to help me enjoy my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health every day. 

 

It is also, for me, immensely relaxing and blends beautifully with my sound therapy and love of music, dancing, singing, and all other creative arts.

You can begin your Reiki quest with either an introduction such as the complimentary one in the free calm vault resources here or when you're ready to start training you can book in for your Reiki 1 training.

​

Reiki 1 offers you support and practice to offer Reiki to yourself and in time your animals and friends.

​

Reiki 2 or practitioner level enables you to offer Reiki as part of your business to others professionally.

​

Reiki Master, Teacher and then Trainer levels empower you to share the gift of Reiki with others.

​

Animal Reiki also has level 1, level 2 and Master level so that you can offer Reiki to animals and professionally to animals from level 2 onwards.

​

As Reiki is an intuitive practice I also offer Reiki Mentoring to support you on your personal transformation to guide you gently through any emotional releases.

 

Reiki mentoring can also be combined with any of my other services such as the Reiki and Animal Reiki trainings of all levels, calm coaching or leadership mentoring because together we all awaken and arise as part of this beautiful universal cosmological weave of love light and life.
