Calm greetings roll in feather light,
Sharing sweet notes of morning bright,
Tenderly soothing away old stress,
Strengthen foundations,
Of pure enoughness
Gentle soul radiating, here you shine,
Rest in peace, and joy, dear child divine,

Sea Breeze
How softly, sweetly, glistening, you flow,
Swoop down, to collect my old stresses,
​In silence you carry them all,
Billowing warm in your wake,
Past hurt dissolves with ease,
​Gently they each waft away in your breeze,
Cool waves beckon,
Ebb and flow,
​
With loving light they rise and go,
Thank you dear sea for all that you give,
​Time with you lifts me up to live,
You whisper, purring in my ears,
Radiating natural healing within,
​Your water reconnecting me to all that is.

Rescue Dog Love
Each gentle sigh relaxes you more,
Your soft warm body nestles to the floor,

Snuggling blanket lines your nest,
Supporting you with loving rest,

Furry faced moonbeam,
Starlight dreamer,
​
Sweetest sleeper, you're safe,
This world is yours,
​
Relax my love, Release past stress,
Enjoy your dreamy playfulness.

Midnight glow, autumnal bloom,
Echoes, radiates, through each room,
​
Golden sands traverse in waves,
Slowly, surely, reducing days,
​
Silent light ripples day by day,
Metallic leaves paving the way,
​
Deep release, sweet treasures fall,
Beckoning in deep rest for all,
​
Nature sings deep basal tones,
As squirrels scurry back to their home.

Calm Sands
As I stepped down from bustling path,
Upon rippling golden sand,
Sweet silence embraced me,
Full and deep,
​
The breeze swept gently, holding me,
Pure heaviness held me in a trance,
Waves moaned, distant crescendos,
Peaked and danced,

Water of wonder, so pure and true,
Buried wisdom long forgotten,
Reverberates through you,
Unconditional love radiates from the deep,
Where memories past,
In peace you keep.

Waking this morning I felt your light,
Your truth burrowed deep releasing old fright,

You've got this you whispered,
Your safe you said,
As I slowly stretched turning over in bed,

No matter how long it's been since I held you near,
Your tender loving support I continue to hear,
In deepest gratitude I remember your touch,
In pure love and light I think of you so much,
